Myers Capital Hawaii is seeking an experienced Job Title to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the industry, a deep understanding of the Hawaii real estate market, and a genuine commitment to client success.

In this role you will build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and past clients while guiding borrowers through the entire journey — from the first consultation to closing — ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Originate residential mortgage loans (Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, and Portfolio products).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Interview prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine objectives, and advise on product and pricing guidelines.
• Gather required documentation and work closely with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closings.
• Stay current with evolving mortgage guidelines, industry trends, and compliance regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, keeping all parties updated throughout the process.

• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain immediately).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record of success in mortgage sales and origination.
• Strong understanding of Conventional, VA, FHA, and Jumbo loan products and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Encompass (LOS) and modern mortgage technology platforms.
